HA!i actually updated for once..(in your face Ann!)
aside that, with all the things that have been going on with Katrina and the states in total chaos, its kind've ironic how some people arn't affected at all yet others are in shock. There are those out there who dont any form of communication or just plain don't care about what's happening around them.
As expected, AP gov/pol is a tad bit harder then any social studies class i've taken, yet the current events happening anywhere fits right into the discussions and makes perfect examples for loads of things, mainly how the government works or doesn't, especially when chaos comes and the people panic (aka lootings, etc)
On the bright side......school's become okay now, i might join cross country, and...homework is still a pain ^_^. And yeah, i know it doesnt seem like to me suddenly rant about stuffs going around the world, but once it comes closer, you get to realize the extent of these events (and you have to know this/analyze it for social studies discussions anyway >>")whereas you may not have any feelings but hate/dislike for people in say, Iraq cause they attacked us and all
random rant..end
